Who is Nancy Santos?    

 

 I am a three-star quality Rated licensed home learning childcare provider through Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in the great city of Decatur. I am a native of New York, but I was raised here in the Medlock neighborhood and have resided here for over forty years. I have four beautiful children of my own, ages ranging from twenty-one to thirty-five years of age.        

 

I studied under Dr. Jean Feldman, Ph.D., and Caroline Knox in the Early Childhood Education program at DeKalb College and graduated in 1997. I am certified in the AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Program for infants and toddlers. Of all my careers, childcare has been the most rewarding. I understand the worries of being a parent, especially when a parent must leave their child in another person’s care. I love caring for children and I care for them as if they were my own. Your child will be nurtured, loved, and educated while under my care. It is important to me that the children be in a positive environment and know that they are loved and safe.
